The Fianna Fáil leader has signalled he’ll have sight of the budget in advance and his party won’t be bringing down the minority government over it.
Micheál Martin was speaking at the beginning of the party’s ‘think-in’, which is taking place in Carlow for two days.
He’s also announced the party won’t support a Sinn Féin motion in the Dáil next week to abolish water charges
