HEALTH MINISTER WANTS GRACE CASE COMMISSION SET UP ASAP

The Health Minister says it would be inexcusable for the Dáil to rise this week without establishing a Commission of Investigation into the Grace case.

Simon Harris says it’s essential that the investigation begins as soon as possible.

The Public Accounts Committee may call on the Dáil NOT to proceed with a vote establishing the inquiry today.

But Minister Simon Harris says the terms of reference need to pass the house:
