LABOUR COURT RULES OVER WEXFORD LIBRARY STAFF DISPUTE

The Labour Court has intervened in a dispute over the hiring of full time staff in the Wexford Library Service.

This follows the decision to bar four part time staff from being interviewed for full time positions which the Labour Court says should resolved through local negotiations.

The matter was raised at the IMPACT Trade Union conference in Donegal over the weekend.
