South East Radio is streamed on the net 24 hours a day. You can listen by choosing one of the options below. PLEASE NOTE : We have carried out a significant upgrade to our “Listen Now” options to offer you a better service and improved sound quality. These are new streams with new URL’s from 1st April 2011. Please follow the instructions related to the listening option you choose.
If you are at home and have a broadband connection you should be able to receive South East Radio’s streams providing you have a suitable player. If you have dial-up connection then the low bandwidth player should work. The low and high bandwidth players will ask you to open the stream using a variety of players, we recommend you open the links in iTunes, Realplayer, Winamp and/or VLC Media player. If you would prefer to use Windows media player, click the sentence that says "To play with Windows Media Player click here" this stream is specifically for using with Windows Media player.
If you are at work there may be a firewall which blocks most of our streams, however if you have a Windows computer and use the low bandwidth player it should work. Unfortunately the low bandwidth stream for non Windows machines is likely to be blocked.
Wi-Fi or Internet radios If you have an internet radio you will find the South East Radio 128k stream in the stations list under ‘Ireland’. If you wish you can also use the above to save South East Radio in a “My Stations” list with a provider like Reciva.com
