South East Radio subscribes to the independent Joint National Listenership Research (JNLR) survey which measures radio listenership in Ireland.
The survey employs "Listened Yesterday" methodology and the results are published and released to independent (and RTE) broadcasters four times per year by Ipsos / Market Research Bureau of Ireland (MRBI).
The latest results show South East Radio has:
47,000 adult listeners per day. This figure comprises of 41,000 adults in County Wexford with an additional 6,000 adults in neighbouring Counties.
South East Radio is the Market Leader in County Wexford.
South East Radio has the highest Market Share in Leinster on both Saturdays and Sundays.
Housekeepers - there are 67,000 housekeepers in County Wexford.
27,000 or 41% of them listen to South East Radio every day.
That figure compares to 13,000 who listen to Beat fm, 11,000 to 2FM and 10,000 who choose Today FM.
South East Radio has a weekly reach of 60% - this equates to 66,000 weekly listeners over the age of 15 (source: JNLR/Ipsos MRBI 2010-1issued May 2010)
