Premier Lotteries Ireland has been granted a 20 year licence. It is paying 405 million euro for the contract.
The consortium includes An Post, the Camelot Group and the Ontario Teachers Pension plan.

“So there are a variety of projects right across the country” he said.
“Ranging from the new conference centre in Cork to the Limerick culture year; a variety of built projects including the developments in the National Sports Campus” he added.
