Gardai Appeal For Witnesses Following Robberies In Wexford And Enniscorthy

GARDAI APPEAL FOR WITNESSES FOLLOWING ROBBERIES IN WEXFORD AND ENNISCORTHY

Gardai are appealing for witnessess after a robbery at a petrol station in Wexford Town overnight.

Thieves gained entry to the Apple Green Service Station at Drinagh, and Gardai are currently accessing what was stolen.

The break in was discovered by the owners of the petrol station when they arrived to open the premises this morning.

Anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the Drinagh area last night is asked to contact Wexford Garda Station on 053 – 9165200.

Meanwhile Gardai in Enniscorthy are investigating a robbery at the Bus Stop Shop on the Quay in the early hours of yesterday morning.

An undisclosed sum of money and other items were taken.
