COUNTY WEXFORD LONG-TERM VACANT SOCIAL HOUSING TO BE BROUGHT BACK INTO USE

11 long-term vacant local authority houses in County Wexford are to be brought back into use.

The Housing Minister Jan O’ Sullivan has announced a 15 million euro national fund to carry out work on the homes.

Almost 260-thousand thousand euro has been allocated for the County as part of the scheme.

Minister O’Sullivan says she’s determined that no suitable homes will be left empty, when there are families in need of housing.
