Pope Francis is to visit Ireland in 2018. He confirmed the trip, during a meeting with the Taoiseach Enda Kenny in the Vatican today The Pope will attend the World Meeting of Families in Dublin in August of 2018. It’s unclear yet as to whether he’ll be travelling outside Dublin during the visit.
