CHANCES OF POWERSHARING ARE “NOT POSITIVE” – BROKENSHIRE

The Stormont assembly collapsed last January and numerous attempts to get it up and running since have failed.

Mr Brokenshire has delivered his downbeat assessment to a committee of MPs.
