Sherry Fitzgerald O’Leary Kinsella estate agents are recruiting for a fulltime Receptionist in a busy estate agency office in Enniscorthy.
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, welcoming and greeting people who visit the office while answering phone calls.
You will need to be able to work five days a week, Monday to Friday. The role will require you to deal with letting and sales enquires and being able to deal with any issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to be able to have good IT skills and be willing to learn new computer programs that might occur.
What are the qualifications/skills needed?
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front of House or similar role.
- Good IT skills.
- Professional attitude with neat office dress.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must have excellent customer service attitude.
