South East Radio’s Charity Tees & Ties Day for Down Syndrome Wexford

We want you, your workplace or school to dress up or dress down for charity on Friday
December 11th .

What it’s all about

On Friday 11th December, people across Wexford will be encouraged to dress differently to South East Radio Morning Mix Presenter Alan Corcoran with children from Kilrane National School for Charity Tees & Tie day for Down Syndrome Wexford Friday 11th Decemberthe way they normally dress for local charity, Down Syndrome Wexford.

It’s simple, if you, your staff members or students normally wear a suit or uniform, then they might wear a t-shirt or if wearing a t-shirt is more their style then they might wear a dress or a shirt and tie for the day.

We are looking for as many people in business, schools, clubs and organisations to sign up to help this very worthwhile local cause.

Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Dress up or dress down on Friday 11th December. Take a photo or short video if you can and email it to appeal@southeastradio.ie.
    • It would be great if you could say in the video “My name is xxxx and I am delighted to support South East Radio’s Charity Tees & Ties Day for Down Syndrome Wexford on Friday 11th December. Text DSI to 50300 to donate €2 to Down Syndrome Wexford” (a minimum of €1.63 will go to Down Syndrome Wexford)
    • If you can’t take a video, a photo/selfie would be great. Maybe you could hold a piece of paper that says “Text DSI to 50300 to donate €2 to Down Syndrome Wexford” ( A minimum of €1.63 will go to Down Syndrome Wexford) in the picture to help get the message across and again email it to appeal@southeastradio.ie.
