SPANISH PRIME MINISTER BOOTED OUT AFTER NO CONFIDENCE VOTE

Spain’s prime minister has been ousted following a corruption scandal.

Mariano Rajoy admitted defeat ahead of a vote of no confidence this morning, after six-and-a-half years in the top job.

He’s the first Spanish premier to lose such a vote in four decades of democracy.

Opposition Socialist leader Pedro Sanchez is replacing him.
