SPORT: WEXFORD YOUTHS TO TAKE ON THE DEFENCE FORCES
Wexford Youths have announced they’re to play the Irish Defence Forces this Friday night.
The match is the second of Shane Keegan’s pre-season friendlies following a 1-1 draw with Waterford Utd last weekend – as the club prepare for their first season in the Premier Division.
The Irish Defence Forces team draws on players from the Irish Army, Naval Services * Air Corps and are one of the oldest affiliates with the F.A.I.
The game will take place at the W.I.T Sports Complex in Carriganore on Friday at 7:30pm.
