Tanaiste Says All Salaries Of Charity Ceos Should Be Made Public

TANAISTE SAYS ALL SALARIES OF CHARITY CEOS SHOULD BE MADE PUBLIC

The Tánaiste has all but called for the Chief Executive of Rehab to make her salary public.

This piles the pressure on Angela Kerins to reveal how much she is being paid in the wake of revelations about the small profits from their scratch-card scheme.

Eamon Gilmore says there is no reason for the salary to be kept private.

“To be frank with you, I don’t see any reason why salaries paid to chief executives or senior people in charitable organisations or other bodies should not be made available by way of public information” he said.
