Nominations Open for 2026 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Programme in Wexford

Nominations are now officially open for the prestigious 2026 EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ (EOY) programme, recognising Ireland’s top business leaders.

Entrepreneurs from all industries in Wexford are invited to submit nominations by 17 February 2026. Whether you’re an entrepreneur or know someone deserving of recognition, now is the time to take part.

Now in its 29th year, the EOY programme continues to be a key pillar of Ireland’s entrepreneurial landscape. The alumni network, which includes over 680 entrepreneurs, employs more than 275,000 people and generates over €28 billion in annual revenues. This reflects the significant societal and economic impact of entrepreneurship—creating jobs, empowering communities and driving innovation.

Karl Fitzpatrick, President and CEO of Chevron College based in Wexford and a finalist for the 2025 EY Entrepreneur of the Year™, also shared his experience. “The programme offered invaluable exposure and access to an incredible alumni network that has been key to our growth,” Fitzpatrick said.

How to Get Involved

The 2026 EOY programme is open to entrepreneurs from emerging, established, and international businesses. It offers recognition in three categories: Emerging, Established and International. The programme will select 24 finalists who will engage in a 9-month strategic growth journey, including executive education, networking and media profiling.

The prestigious CEO Retreat will be held in Toronto, Canada this year.

If you know an entrepreneur in Wexford who has made significant strides in their industry, nominate them today at www.eoy.ie. Nominations must be submitted with the entrepreneur’s consent.
