The Civil Registration Service at Ely Hospital in Ferrybank, Wexford has reopened and is now operating five days a week.
The HSE says the offices had been temporarily closed following water-related damage to the ground floor of the building in July.
Wexford General Hospital day procedures and outpatient appointments taking place at Ely Hospital were not affected and continued as normal throughout the closure.
During the temporary closure, Civil Registration Services were provided at HSE Health Centres in Enniscorthy and New Ross, as well as the Community Care Centre in Waterford.
The HSE has apologised for any inconvenience caused and thanked the public for their cooperation with the alternative arrangements for registering births, deaths and marriages in County Wexford.
The Wexford Civil Registration Service can be contacted on 053 919 8260 or by email at Crs.Wexford@hse.ie.
People can also book appointments online for birth and death registrations and can purchase certificates by phone. Information on registering marriages is also available through the HSE's Civil Registration Service.
