  • Experienced Receptionist/Legal Secretary - Ebrill Solicitors

    Experienced Receptionist/Legal Secretary required to join Ebrill Solicitors busy but friendly Team

    Full/Part time position available

    Responsibilities will include: -

    1. Reception duties include: - staffing reception and manging calls, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, Assisting clients with phone/face-to-face enquiries

    2. Arranging Appointments

    3. Filing, Audio typing and preparing documents

    4. Scanning, Photocopying and Post

    5. Maintaining client files to include filing and opening and closing of files

    6. Producing briefs and instructions to Counsel

    7. Billing/Invoicing

    8. Any other duties as required by solicitors or nominated person to undertake other duties from time to time

    9. Providing administrative support to solicitors

    10. Knowledge of Probate matters would be advantage but not essential

    Salary is Commensurate with experience

  • Experienced Conveyancing Secretary - Ebrill Solicitors

    Experienced Conveyancing Secretary required to join Ebrill Solicitors busy but friendly Team

    Full/Part time position available

    Responsibilities will include: -

    · Liaise with clients and third-party solicitors to manage conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion of registration.

    · Prepare loan documents and arrange closings.

    · Deal with phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently

    · Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks including occasional shared reception duties.

    · Manage general file management, typing, and scheduling tasks.

    · Ensure efficient prioritisation and organisation of workload with minimal supervision

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    · At least two years' experience in residential conveyancing.

    · Knowledge of Legal Case Management System

    · Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

    · Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

    · Ability to act on one's own initiative and work well under pressure.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).


    Salary is Commensurate with experience
