Oil spill cleared following fire brigade response on Wexford’s Main Street

An oil spill on Wexford’s Main Street has been successfully cleared following a response by the local fire service.

Two fire brigade units attended the scene earlier today and assisted with the clean-up operation.

Local business owners in the area have praised the crews for responding quickly and for carrying out the clean-up efficiently.

The incident caused concern in the town centre while the operation was underway but the clean-up has now been completed.
