Beloved daughter of Dave and Kara.  Sister of Noah.

Reposing at her home in Ballybeg, Screen on  Thursday from                4pm to 7 pm.

Funeral arriving to St. Cyprian's Church, Screen on Friday for funeral mass at 11am, followed by celebration of life and cremation service at 1.30pm in Mackens Funeral Home, Distillery Road.

We will celebrate Grace’s life in vivid colour, so no black clothes please. No flowers please donations if desired to Wexford SPCA to reflect Grace's love of animals
