A new study has found left-handed people are more competitive than those who predominantly use their right hand.
Researchers in Italy found 'lefties' show higher levels of 'hypercompetitive orientation' and are driven by a very strong desire to win.
The study involved more than 500 people, 50 of whom were 'strongly left–handed'.
The research found 'left-handed' people could have a possible advantage by belonging to a minority, giving them a higher 'surprise' effect in fighting and in sports, according to the Daily Mail.
