Wexford’s Kieran Banville proudly flew the flag for his county at the Mr. Personality Festival 2026, held in Kilkenny on April 10th and 11th. Hosted by Kilkenny County Macra and sponsored by Kilkenny/Carlow and District Farm Relief Services, the festival brought together 25 contestants from across Ireland for a weekend filled with energy, entertainment, and fun.
Kieran, representing Bree Macra Club, joined his fellow contestants at Langton’s Hotel for a series of exciting activities. The weekend kicked off with lively interviews where contestants showcased their wit, humour, and talents. Kieran then took part in team-building challenges, jiving lessons, and a thrilling scavenger hunt alongside fellow participants. The event culminated in a Gala Banquet Dinner, where Kilkenny’s Patrick Walton was crowned Mr. Personality 2026.
Macra President Josephine O’Neill congratulated all participants, praising their enthusiasm and the event’s success in highlighting the best of Macra’s community spirit. Kieran’s participation added to the festival’s legacy of celebrating confidence, character, and friendship among Macra members.
