Wexford Player Wins €2,000 a Month for 5 Years in EuroDreams Draw

A lucky EuroDreams player in Co. Wexford is kicking off their weekend in style with a major win of €2,000 a month for the next five years. The life-changing prize was won in Thursday night’s (April 23rd) EuroDreams draw, with the winning ticket purchased just a day before at Top Oil Service Station in Tommalossett, Enniscorthy.

The winning numbers for the draw were 03, 07, 19, 22, 23, 29, and the Dream number was 2. The lucky winner, who will receive €2,000 every month for the next five years, is set to enjoy a tax-free €120,000 in total.

Darragh O’Dwyer, a spokesperson for the National Lottery, shared his excitement, saying, “It’s been a fantastic night for the lucky player from Enniscorthy, who will now be able to enjoy €2,000 a month for the next five years. We encourage everyone in Co. Wexford to check their tickets carefully as they could be the next lucky winner!”

EuroDreams, which is the first annuity-based game of its kind in Ireland, allows players to receive tax-free monthly payments instead of a lump sum. EuroDreams draws take place every Monday and Thursday across eight countries, including Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.

The National Lottery continues to support local communities, with nearly 30% of every €1 spent going back to good causes, including sport, youth, health, education, and the arts. In 2024 alone, over €239 million was raised for local causes.
