clare waiting on the fitness of two players ahead of wexford clash
Clare are waiting on the fitness of two of their player's ahead of this weekend's clash with Wexford. Banner county boss Davy Fitzgerald doesn’t know yet whether Darach Honan will be available for the trip to Innovate Wexford Park after suffering a chest injury during their win over Offaly last weekend. However Fitzgerald has told the Examiner that it's not as serious as initially feared and while Honan has not been able to train during the week, he's not been ruled out of Sunday’s game. The Clare manager is also waiting to see if John Conlon recovers in time. Wexford, who lost their opening match away to Limerick, need to win this weekend to keep their promotion hopes from Division 1B alive.
