Leo Cullen will retire at the end of the season and take up a coaching role with Leinster. The move has been confirmed today by Leinster head coach Matt O'Connor. Cullen will become forwards coach at the province, replacing Jono Gibbes, who will move to Top 14 side Clermont next season.
