Former Wales Captain Ryan Jones has been forced to retire. The versatile forward, who's 34, played all three Tests for the British and Irish Lions during their tour of New Zealand in 2005 taking over as Captain from Brian O'Driscoll after the Irish centre got injured. Jones, who had been playing for Bristol, says he can't carry on - after recently having an operation on his shoulder.
