Tests have confirmed that Manchester City's David Silva has not fractured his cheekbone. The Spanish attacker went to hospital after being caught in the face by West Ham's Cheikhou Kouyate in yesterday's 2-nil Premier League victory. City have tweeted to say Silva will be closely monitored this week.
