Wexford's Kevin Doyle played his first game for his new club in America over the weekend. The 31 year-old didn't score but made a solid MLS debut for the Colorado Rapids on Saturday night. The Ireland international recently made the switch from English championship club Wolves. The Adamston native was introduced shortly after the hour-mark and while he didn’t manage a shot on goal and picked up a yellow card late on he was happy with his first match for the rapids following their 1-0 win.
