3 arrested in carlow over alleged animal cruelty and neglect
Three people have been arrested in connection with alleged animal cruelty and neglect in the South East. The arrests come after 351 dogs and 11 horses were removed from a Carlow farm during an 11 day joint operation involving the Gardai, Carlow County Council and the ISPCA in April. The man and two woman, all in their 40s, were detained at Carlow Garda Station this morning.
