38 year old arrested after drugs bust in ballycarney

Gun components and drugs have been discovered in the Ballycarney area of Enniscorthy in a Garda intelligence led operation

The discovery was made last night and the investigation is ongoing. A 38 year old man was arrested following the discovery of cannabis resin worth €5,000 during the search late last night. The search, which also included members of the armed response unit, found parts of a gun nearby. The man is being held at Enniscorthy Garda station.
