6 county wexford properties up for auction in dublin today
The Allsops Space Auction in the RDS in Dublin has seen two County Wexford properties sell well above their reserve price. A retail investment in Gorey sold for 165-thousand euro after it had a reserve of 70 to 90-thousand. While a mixed use building in Enniscorthy had a reserve of 35 to 45-thousand euro but managed to sell for over 62-thousand. Over 200 properties are listed at today's auction - the largest number since the auctions first began. 8 properties from County Wexford were included with two withdrawn before bidding began.
