Carlow has reduced it's social housing list by about 30 percent.
Housing Minister Eoghan Murphy has praised work being done by the county at the launch of a new social housing development. The €12 million project at Willow Park will see 63 houses built within the year. Minister Murphy says projects like these are vital for reducing waiting lists and alleviating homelessness.
