Alife evans staff abused by members of the public - hospital

The parents of Alfie Evans are keeping a bedside vigil for the terminally-ill 23-month old - as the hospital caring for him complains that staff are getting abuse.

His mum and dad lost another legal bid to take him to Italy for treatment - which doctors say isn't in his best interest. Alder Hey in Liverpool, which is looking after him, has complained workers have received threatening language and behaviour from some people.
