Almost 3 million to benefit as eu citizens can stay in the uk after brexit

The British Prime Minister has offered a deal to let EU citizens stay in the UK after Brexit.

Theresa May put forward the plans to fellow leaders in Brussels last night. They'll mean up to three million people from Europe will have rights to healthcare, pensions and benefits. German Chancellor Angela Merkel has welcomed the offer.
