Workers at Clearstream in Enniscorthy have been informed of a buyout of the company.
It is believed the deal is worth billions of euro. Itis unclear yet as to what implications this will have for the Enniscorthy workforce of 410 employees. The company manufactures medical devices and completed a major expansion at its Enniscorthy operation in 2014. Clearstream had been owned by CR Bard the American based medical device company.
