Efforts are underway to recover a body found in the wreckage of Rescue 116. The discovery came yesterday as divers also recovered the Coast Guard Helicopter's black box recorder. The wreckage of the helicopter has been found 40 metres below sea level off the coast of County Mayo. However at this stage the remains have NOT been formally identified. The deceased remains at sea and efforts have resumed to recover the body from the water.
