Irish Water and Wexford County Council have lifted the boil water notice for customers in the Enniscorthy Town area.
The advice was in place since the 23rd of May, after cryptosporidium was found in the supply at the Vinegar Hill Treatment Plant. Irish Water says it has successfully completed remedial works which has allowed it to remove the boil water notice.
