SIPTU says workers in commercial and semi-state bodies should share in the success of the companies they work for. Members of union's Transport, Energy, Aviation and Construction Division are meeting in Dublin this weekend. The union says it's likely that many members in these sectors will seek pay increases of around 4 percent in the coming years. Earlier this year, SIPTU was among the unions which negotiated pay increases for drivers and workers at Luas and Dublin Bus.
