Catalonian leader flees to belgium

The disputed Catalan president says he's not running from justice after he went to Belgium.

He's been speaking to reporters in Brussels and has called for people to avoid violence and make dialogue the priority. Carles Puigdemont  is facing a rebellion charge in Spain after the region's parliament declared independence.
