There has been a huge increase in the use of legal highs in substance misuse in County Wexford Thats according to figures released by the Cornmarket Project today Of the four hundred people who presented to Cornmarket with drug issues in the past year almost one third had used legal highs in additon to other drugs Cornmarket based in Wexford town with outreach offices in the other three towns says they are pleased with the ninety five per cent success rate with clients who undertake thier drug rehabilitation programme
