The Chairman of Wexford County Council, Councillor Paddy Kavanagh has hit out at those who dump rubbish out of vehicles as they drive along.
The problem of fly tipping has been a problem in certain parts of County Wexford for years and among the worst areas affected are parts of Drumgoold and surrounding areas in Enniscorthy. Councillor Kavanagh reacted angrily after discovering that rubbish had been dumped in several spots along his own road during the week.
