County wexford property fetches more than double its auction reserve price
A County Wexford restaurant has sold for more than double it's reserve price at the latest Allsop Space auction in Dublin today. Kilmore Quay's "The Crazy Crab" - which also has a fish processing plant on the ground floor of the building - had got a reserve price of 85-thousand euro but sold for 185-thousand. Meanwhile a retail investment property in New Ross failed to get any bids. A number of houses in Courtown and Gorey also go under the hammer today.
