A new survey shows people with disabilities are struggling to make ends meet.
The Rehab group says more than 70 percent of people using its services find it difficult or very difficult to live on their income from the State. Ahead of the budget the charity is urging the Government to increase the disability allowance, abolish prescription charges and restore the Christmas bonus.
