Dublin man admits taking part in tiger kidnapping in kilkenny
A Dublin man has admitted taking part in a tiger kidnapping at the home of former All-Ireland hurling star Adrian Ronan and his family. Stephen Freeman of Ballcurris Gardens in Ballymun pleaded guilty to trying to steal cash from a Bank of Ireland branch in Kilkenny in November 2009. The retired hurler worked at the bank and Freeman further admitted using force on him and members of his family in order to frighten him. He's due to be sentenced in July.
