A County Wexford man has been appointed to head up the country's largest sheep processing plant.
John Walsh from Dunganstown, New Ross is the new Managing Director of Irish Country Meats. The company has two plants in Camolin and Navan and John has been manager of the Camolin plant for the past two years. Irish Country Meats process one million head of sheep annually.
