Farmers across wexford protest over the price paid for lamb by factories
Livestock farmers from across Wexford led a protest at retail outlets in Gorey yesterday to highlight what they say are unviable prices to the farmer for beef and lamb. The IFA says factories have cut prices from 5 euro seventy per KG for lamb to just 4.80 in the space of a few weeks.
