A number of roads and bridges have been washed away on the Inishowen Peninsula in Co. Donegal after heavy rain and floods overnight.
Gardaí are advising people not to make unnecessary journeys in the area. The majority of the water has now subsided and the council is expected to begin assessing the damage to the roads and bridges
