Former cork city councillor pleads guilty to charges of soliciting to murder
A former Cork city councillor has pleaded guilty to three charges of soliciting to murder. Gary O'Flynn of Hayfield Drive, Castlecourt, Whitechurch is appearing before Cork Circuit Criminal Court today. He pleaded guilty to soliciting a man to murder Patrick McSweeney, George Ross and Mary Skeehan. The three charges are for dates unknown between the 1st of October 2012 and the 15th of February 2013, at the Mallow Road in Cork. The case is continuing.
