Garda appeal for witnesses following gorey armed robbery

Gardai in Gorey are appealing for help from the public in relation to an armed robbery in the Town yesterday evening. Just after 5pm two armed men wearing balaclavas entered Harringtons Book Makers on the Avenue and escaped on foot with an undisclosed sum of money. They were seen running in the direction of the Amber Springs Hotel. They are believed to be both in their 20s. One was wearing a red hoodie. Anyone with any information is asked to contact Gorey Garda Station or any Garda station.
