Glanbia acquire two new companies for €181 million

South east based multinational food company Glanbia has paid one hundred and 81 million euro for two new new acquisitions.

Glanbia has bought Amazing Grass in the US and Body and Fit in the Netherlands. Both companies fit into Glanbia's Performance Nutrition strategy as they are involved in a superfoods category. They have combined revenues last year of around ninety nine million euro.
